Mitigo-Waakaa'igan
Mitigo-Waakaa'igan - literally meaning "Log Cabin" in the Ojibwe language - is a log home located on Minnesota's North Shore of Lake Superior. Construction on the cabin was started in the fall of 2002. Mike Senty, of Senty Handcrafted Log Homes provided the log work and Peter Borson of Borson Construction provided general contracting work. Lake Superior
Lake Superior (French: Lac Supérieur) is the largest of the Great Lakes of North America. The lake is shared by Canada's Ontario to the north, the United States' Minnesota to the west, and Wisconsin and Michigan to the south. It is generally considered the largest freshwater lake in the world by surface area. It is the world's third-largest freshwater lake by volume and the largest by volume in North America.
